Safe Shopping Guarantee:
The Faucet Depot guarantees that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. The Faucet Depot uses SSL to secure customer credit card transactions. The Faucet Depot has been issued a 128 Bit secure certificate from Thawte. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, We will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Transactional Information:
We make every effort to ensure that your purchase experience at The Faucet Depot is secure. We use state-of-the-art data encryption technology to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of your user information. Secure Socket Layers (SSLs) encrypt the information sent between your computer and our database. In addition, we use Internet fraud screening to protect credit card transactions.

The Faucet Depot switches to secure pages whenever credit card or personal information is required when submitting an order. To be sure you're browsing secure pages, check your Web browser's status bar (located at the bottom of the window) for the closed padlock icon. This icon appears in the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator to tell you that you are viewing a secure web page. Also, all browsers display an "s" after the "http" (https://…) in the Web site address to indicate that you're in a secure environment.

We also protect your purchase by preventing the shipment of merchandise to a fraudulent address. All billing addresses are verified electronically and all alternate shipping addresses are verified manually. Any customer shipping to an address that differs from the billing address must put this alternate address on file with his or her credit card company. We then call the credit card issuer to verify that the customer has indeed put the information on file.

Pricing and Availability:
The Faucet Depot makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. We notify customers  of backorders and out of stock items via email. Customers are notified of any order issues within one business day. Items shipped by FedEx Ground may take longer, depending on your location. Special and Custom orders may also take longer to process. Ask our Customer Service Representatives for shipping details when you place your order. Prices for each product are listed on the site.

Sales Tax:
The Faucet Depot only charges sales tax for orders shipped within the state of California.

Shipping Rates and Policies:
The Faucet Depot ships most places in the economic free world. Our Shipping Rate Table (below) displays detailed costs of shipping an order. The Faucet Depot typically uses FedEx for shipping products. Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day service is available. Larger palletized orders are shipped via freight. Ground delivery typically takes 3-6 business days from the time it leaves our warehouse depending on your location. We're sorry, but shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Rates (Continental U.S.)

• Free shipping applies only to faucets and accessories.
• Sinks are double boxed in air pillows to ensure their quality upon arrival.
• Toilets and large fixtures are shipped motor freight and can only be shipped ground service. Express service is not available.
• Alaska & Hawaii customers are charged the 2nd Day service rate.
• Canada, Puerto Rico, & Caribbean customers add a $100 base fee to the Ground Service rate.

• Saturday delivery is standard for residential ground service. Express services: next day, second day, and third day Saturday delivery by request only. A $30 dollar service charge will be applied.
